Please note that the official working days at Roona Beauty are from Saturday to Thursday. Fridays, holidays and official holidays are a holiday for all Roona Beauty employees and shipping companies

Roona Beauty delivers your orders through major local and international shipping companies within 2 to 7 business days

Your signature on the invoice copy will be required to confirm your receipt of the products as indicated on the invoice. The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order, and the signature of any person present at this address is considered your receipt of the order
In the event that we reach the registered address and no one is present at this address, please contact the customer service to determine another time for delivery, and the company will not be responsible for any request that passes the 3 days from the first date of delivery of the order. Note that in the event that you are not present at the agreed time for delivery twice, an additional delivery fee will be charged after that.

- Roona Beauty provides a free delivery service for all orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Otherthan Saudi Arabia, Free Shipping is applied to orders exceed 300 SAR. If the order is less than 300 SAR, shipping fees will be 75 SAR
